I watched the same slow unraveling in people I cared about until my health couldn't take it anymore.Learning to treat my body as an intelligent partner, instead of something to push through or “fix", didn’t make me less sensitive or less neurodivergent. It simply gave me more choice: my anxiety eased, the volume on my overthinking turned down, and I had more capacity to respond instead of react.Now I blend neurosomatic tools, movement, mindset work and intuitive guidance to help sensitive, deep‑feeling humans understand their own patterns, release what talking alone can’t reach, and build simple practices that are kind to their nervous system.
